THERE IS NO simple solution!!!!
If you use bucket brigade delay lines you end up spending > $2k for 1 s delay - dynamic as low as 60 db or so.....
You could use a AD converter - 100kBytes of fifo memory or so - DA converter circuit ..... best solution but very complicated to realize
