here is a trick.Buy a 1HZ flasher led,tie a 1uF elect. in parallel with it.With the cathode and -ve of the cap to ground,tie the anode to a +5V rail through a 2.2k pot. Vary the pot to see the frequency you get.There you go...Got it!!!Please don't pay!!!!!!
