2)I/O isolation
3)footprint or dimensions
5)EMC performances
6)noise on outputs
7)line/load regulation; cross load regulation
8)outputs with independent regulations
9)short circuit protection
10)outputs with independent regulations
11)operating temperature

In any case everything depends from your application or use. Right now it is possible to have companies able to design high density multiple output DC/DC converters custom made.
