I need to built an inverter
my specifications are
input 12V Lead acid battery
output 220V/230V 20 W florescent tube without choke & starter.
I want that the inverter should start automatically when light goes. Also when I wish I should be able to connect a small 20w ac fan to it.Battery should be charged when light (electricity ) is present.Protection should be there for over charging and deep discharging of battery. If an inverter transformer is involved mention how to make it.
Pls do reply as early as possible
