MFGR: National Rectifier
PN: IRF510 (I think it is 510)
IR LED: Lab Stock - but several different types...500mA Current draw max (pulsed)
RESISTANCE: 0 ohm - 10k ohm, usually about 220 - 470 ohm (when resistance gets too much lower, the resistor burns out...I know I can use a bigger resistor, but since it doesn't work right with no resistor and I don't want a huge, power sucking resistor...I want the power in the LED)
Vcc = 9V battery, 5V <1A rectifier (for digital components, but I can use eaither for the LED).
