For the FM transmetter, you need to use a few RF
transistor, varacter diode and a crsytal to
stabilize the output frequency. Motorola used to
have a FM IC. You can look at their data sheet
and copy its ckt since that IC may not work at 9V.
For the FM receiver, both Philips and FM used to have
a FM rx IC. I think Philips is still selling it.
However, you may need to consider a double conversion
to remove the image frequency. Anyway, both motorola
and Philips semi are very good source for your project.
