Hi john,
thanks for your answer. I have seen the apex stuff, it is not exactly what I am looking for:
- dual or single in SO-8
- working with a supply of +-25V
What I have found:
BB OPA445 single +-40V
opa2604 (+-25V is abs max rating!)
and... nothing else in SO package. I am a bit afraid of basing my design on a single source.

I have gone to AD, apex, fairchild, infineon, intersil, LTC, maxim, microsemi, NSC, ONSEMI, Philips, semtech, ST, TI, vishay...
I found nothing.
Any hints?

If I can't find I'll stick to my actual circuit usig a std opamp+transistor stage.
