Dear all,
I need to buy avalanche transistors that are 1) fast (<280 ps)
2) have a low breakedown voltage (50 -300 V) and are readily
available.
Thince it is nearly impossible to get them today I
wanted to ask whether somebody of you had experience
with normal transistor types, that show avalanche behaviour.

Second question:
Any simple idea for creating short pulses of light (ns) for
speed of light demonstration?
