A quick thought: There are many suppliers of crystal oscillators. Unless you're interested in making a crystal oscillator simply for the sake of just doing it, it may be a whole lot less fuss and more reliable to buy oscillator(s) rather than build.

On the other hand, it "build" is really your choice, there are different kinds of possible circuits such as a simple Pierce oscillator to a logic gate oscillator to etc, etc.

Can you be more specific about your requirement?
