I understand you want to decompose the video signal, it that right?
To separate the Iluminace and Chroma signal you may use a Diplex Filter.
If I'm not mistaken, for the PAL video system the chroma signal is around 4MHz, right after the Iluminance signal.
You first have to use the filter to separate those two signal, than you need to demodulate the chroma signal. You also need to separate the chroma signal (also using a Diplex Filter).
After you have those three signals, you have to subtract one from another to get the Blue, Green and Red signals.
This is the procedure to decompose a NTSC signal, but I believe it is pretty much the same for PAL.
