there is a flourenct tube at the stairs way. two switches at
both ends to control the on-off of the light.

if we swtich on the light at one end of the stairway, we can
switch off at the other end and vise versa.

how to design this circuit.

i understand this is the logic circuit design. but i do not
know how to setup practically.

please tell me how to do, if possible, submit the diagram
also.
