Hi,

I am trying to find out the difference between an analog switch and a digital switch? Why would you use one over the other? Can you use a digital signal in an analog switch and vice versa? Does the difference have something to do with either using a complementary FET design over just using an NMOS? What are the advantages and disadvantages of using either?
