We are in dire need of a startup quantity (about 25 pieces) of Supertex
VP2450N3 P-channel MosFET to prove a design. Lead times for ANY quantity
have been quoted at 12-16 weeks, and we need to prove the prototype much
sooner.

If you can spare some OR know a source with a stock available OR can suggest
a substitute/equivalent (TO-92 package) OR can suggest other places to post
this request, please reply to the address below. Reasonable prices,
shipping, etc. no problem. Thanks much!
