In a CMOS differential amplifier, how does scaling the width and length of the channel by a factor of 2 (smaller) affect the following?
-differential-mode small-signal gain
-small-signal unity-gain bandwidth
-small-signal unity-gain phase margin
-small-signal unity-gain margin
-output voltage linear range
-input common-mode voltage range
-input-referred 1/f noise voltage spectral density
-total input-referred RMS thermal noise?
