Subject: Opamp VIO drift

Please explain to me the problem of Opamp VIO drift. From what I understand, if the Opamp is stressed, such that the inverting input is tied to Vcc and the non inverting input is tied to Gnd and put in oven for 48hrs or so, the VIO of the opamp will be changed. Typically from 3mV to 7-8mV.

Please also tell me how to overcome this problem, i.e. is there any opamp that does not suffer from this problem.
