I am not clear on your request. Do you want to record a human voice and make it sound like a robot? If so, there are numerous audio filter shareware programs that can do it. I have seen Gold Wave (www.goldwave.com) for that purpose with good results.

If you want to modify a voice "on the fly" that would take an amplifier with appropriate filtering. Tinker with Gold Wave to get the effect that you want and then build the equivalent filter with a switched capacitor filter like the Motorola MF-10.
