shows a welder scr drive circuit that just shorts the 2 gates to drive them .... i have been into electronics for some time and haven't seen this drive technique , i guess using gate leakage . Can someone point me to some data on reliability , repeatable firing , i dont want to burn up scr's by over or under drive . thankyou
