I need to replace a relay contact by a mosfet. The relay contact is feed by 25V to 45V. I have a signal On/Off, 0-5V, for the control.The output of the mosfet should be insulated of the control signal, and the output should be protect against a output short circuit. What is the best circuit fot this replacement. I'd appreciate if you could refer to me a paper or an application note.
