I'm looking for a CMOS IC that when connected to a crystal resonator (60
MHz max, parallel loading) provides a solid output level while providing freq stability and minimizing parts count. Someone told me of such an IC made by a Japanese company. The part has 8 leads (not all may be used electrically) and has "6391C" in the part number. That is all the info I have.I've seen similar devices by Maxim (MAX2620), Dallas Semi (DS1073), and Epson (SG-636), but these IC's are more sophisticated than what I'm looking for. I'm looking for a "dumb," cheap one- or two-stage osc-amp IC for use with an external crystal resonator with sinewave output. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks. CrisE
