I know this reply is WAY past when you orginally posted your question... but I do have a reference for you if you haven't already found one!
The journal entitled: American Journal of Speech-Language Pathology, year 1994, by authors Solberg, Hoag and Beals. Article entitled: 'Clinical measurement of fundamental frequency in normal and dysphonic voice using electronic tuners'...pages 96-104.
I'm a Speech Pathologist, so the chart helps me a lot when working with my voice patients.
Have you found a chart by now?!
