first, i need a doble switch that change from output position a to output position b at 1,5 Volts DC.

i have an input voltage that increase between 0 and 5 volts. between 0 and 1,5 volts this switch needs to be in position a, once the input voltage has reached 1,5 volts, the switch change to position b, while the voltage continue increasing, the switch continues in this position. the input voltage can increase and decrease between this range ( 0 - 5 volts). now, when the input voltage is decreasing and reach 1,5 volts again, the switch change again to position a. for this part i can use a comparator (dg400-series part) or (adgxxx) but i am not sure wich one would be more apropiate.

the second component need to increase this input voltage of 1,5 volts with a constant 0,2 Volts or 0,3 volts as the input voltage increases. this added voltage need to be adjustable for me. for this part, I think i can inplement it with an op-amp, but i donīt know if there is something already built, that can simplify the overall schematics.

anyone can give me any advise.
