I suggest you to browse into www.ti.com. In their application note, there is an explanation, clear enough to describe class D amplifier. (I use it as one of my thesis references). Or you can write to me if you're interested to see my schematic file. I usually draw it using protel schematic for windows, so I can send via e-mail as attachement file, to you.
I'm sorry that my schematic is not available for now.
