I had some broken induction heaters from Taiwan. (Stella)
The IGBTs used inside was broken, I did managed to get some IXYS 1400volt 40A IGBTs.
I had customers in the resturant equipment supply. The 3000 W model is being looked at.
In Taiwan the SAMPOERNA STELLA CO. was the supplier of 3000 W comercial cook top, and a WOK model.
But they are not active any more.

I looked into your web pictures, looks like you are a comercial cooktop supplier.
