I am currently trying to design, or adapt, and build a hand-held device which will, from microphone or jack input, compare the frequency of a sound with a given frquency and light up an LED from a line of them to display how sharp/flat the note is. Measuring the beta produced when the 2 signals are put together might be involved. Can anyone help?
