There are a couple of dozen or so 455 KHz IF filters listed by Samsung at http://www.sem.samsung.com/eng/product/filter/ceramic/

You can ask those folks for some application assitance too, especially about ICs tailored to IF amplfier service. Also, you could check out Maxim and Linear Technology for boost-mode switching ICs to raise the 2V up higher if the ICs need it.

All of this will, of course, be more complex than a one transistor, LC tuned receiver, but if your anticipated quantities are such that having to do invidiual adjustments is a concern, I would advise that you look into the IF-type design.
