I have a circuit that have an input frequency between 170-199MHz to AD6644 that connect to AD6620 and then connect to DSP. I need to figure out how to test this circuit so that I can get an output file at DSP. Is anyone have any ideas how to set up this test? I read data sheets for AD6644 and AD6620, but I still don't understand it well. Thanks.
