Hi, Louis.

Something is amiss, I think. If your available Vcc is only +1 Volt, a reference voltage of +1 Volt is going to give you dynamic range problems. You don't want to have analog circuitry trying to run all the way up at the rail voltage itself!

Can you elaborate on your requirements??
