The numbers on a bar code label can represent any country you want it to, if you are the person using the code. It is not the same as EAN, JAN, or UPC codes where the numbers represent manufacturing companies.

I'll make up an example:Certain companies, for example let's say IBM, may put the country of origin for a part or subassembly into a bar code identifier, but as far as I know, it would be used internally for IBM only. By the way, I made that up as an example...I do not know if IBM does that.

I hope I understood the question properly.
