PTFE is a paste extrusion and without very special welding equipment it is impossible to seal the ends of PTFE. We manufacture PTFE tubing but we never seal the ends. It is too difficult. If we need to seal the ends we use a melt extrusion product - either FEP (400F operating temp) or PFA (500F operating temp. I'm sorry I can't explain more but the technique we use is proprietory.
