Hello evreyone,

sorry for intruding.
Could anyone explain in simple terms (and possibly off site) what fluoroplastic is, exactly.
I'm a French university lecturer in English and have encountered this word in a text concerning umbrellas in Japan. Is it fluorescent ? What are the advantages when blended with another fabric ?
