thanks for your all conser. First i just want to clarify that i am not a professional in industrial engineering.
about your question. the producation line are using manual assembly. the soldering that i mean are just solder some sort of wire (speaker or receiver wire) to PCB. The line operate in shiff.
the are some lost time in the line, first when changing from one to another modals, some times machines down, and the main problem is lack of material.
Actually, i want to get a general idea about industrial engineering and then find some more tecnichal knowledge about this.
