There are many problems that might cause the problems you describe. I need to have more information.
What led's on the 928b cpu light up when the error occurs.
Do you know how to look at the I & B Stack within the cpu?

Please email me direct with a copy of the program with the information requested.

It could be a program error that is causing your problem or something as silly as a loose connection on the front of the I/O cards?
