I need to be able to email a HEX file to a remote PC and be able to program this code into a ATMEL AT89C2051.
Concept would be moving the hex file from the email to a micro drive (USB) then plug the micro drive into a hand held programmer, read the drive into the programmer, then take this hand held programmer to the remote location and be plugged into the target device which contains a AT89C2051. Dump the program into the ATMEL chip to reprogram it with new code. Anyone doing any work like this? Is there a solution already available?
