I believe your on the right track, although you should really speak to a "fabrication" shop to make sure. I think you
will want the tank itself to be sheared to size and rolled, then automaticly TIG welded. (we made a machine that
make's a tube just like this but smaller, we can show you how when you get closer.) Then the top's and bottom's
would be stamped out and formed, ( which you may be able to do the forming with a big OBI press, they are pretty
cheap to buy. Then you would again want a way to auto TIG weld the top and bottom's on. Have you looked into
