Why are you trying to do this, in such a small amount (1 ton/2 weeks), to recovery what mineral or metal of value, with restrictions on the operation of the recovery system (no water,exotic atmospheres,etc)??? With a better idea of what you are tryng to achieve might help find answers to your questions.
