all hard drives when formatted will not have an os on them. You may need to run fdisk, check the partitions of the drive, format the drive to the desirable size and then sys the drive or load the desired operating system on it IE win 9x. This may all seem like a lot if you are not used to this procedure but it is actually quite simple. Email me or post to the board with any further questions.
