I have seen this happen before. First question you need to ask;
1) are all of the computers on the same circuit?
2) if they are not all on the same circuit, do they do the same when plugged into the outlet where the other 3 computers are?

When I deal with this problem before it was caused by an unstable electrical circuit with fluctuating voltage. Hook a voltmeter up to the electrical circuit and see what's going on.
