Dear Greg:

I am carrying out a development from a pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA), and I have problems in the polymerization (when finishing it, the obtained product has excellent adhesives characteristics , but presents particles "grits"). The base of the same one consists of 2-etil-hexil acrylate, acrylic acid (AA), methacrylic acid (MAA) and vinyl acetate (VAM), while the surfactants corresponds to the line of AEROSOL (22, 103, MA 80I) and non ionic surfactant is using nonyl phenol etoxilate. If you knows some formulation of this type of adhesives I will be very grateful if they could help me. From already thank you.

Leonardo Fernández

PD: adhesive use = labels/stickers
