Hello. I work for a masking company. We are attempting to simulate the viscosity and conditions of the emersion liquid in e-coating. Our goal is to dip masked products into a water based solution containing some kind of dye that would leave a witness line on the surfaces it protrudes. I was hoping to identify:
a) A range of viscocity for the proposed liquid
b) Direction on what kinds of dyes could be used, soluble in water, but able to adhear to metals
C)Any other characteristics that need to be simulated in the proposed liquid.
Thank you
