Hi,
I am having a problem in manufacturing SiC phenolic coated abrasives for portable grinders, have used Bayer's desmodor isocyanate, Poly Vinyl Acohol[ aqueous] cresylic acid and resol[ liquid phenolic] as wetting agent for the grains have then coated with novlac[two step powdered phenolic resin] but am still having adhesion problem. Compression is enough, Any leads will be appreciated.
thanks
Aaron Jacob
