Mr. Bhardwaj is exactly correct. You will find the tables specifying separation in EN 60950 (IEC 950), but you must first determine which table to obey.

One other point to consider is the classification of your equipment. ITE (information technology equipment) should comply to EN 60950 for product safety, but ISM (industrial, scientific, and medical) equipment most likely should comply to EN 61010-1.
These standards are very similar, and for a particular working voltage and pollution degree may be identical.
