Since your original post is more than a month old I'm not sure if you are still looking for this type of "switch". But if you are I do know of one.
There was one that was invented by an EMC Engineer by the name of Mark Nave. It was reported to provide up to 50 db of isolation between CM and DM conducted emissions. A pretty neat trick I think.
Anyway, Mr. nave built & sold it under the trade name "LISNMATE". I'm not sure if the device is still available. When I read your post I did a quick web search and could not come up with any hits.
Maybe someone else out there knows of this device...
