Hi,
I have some problem due to the common mode capacitor inside
a 200V AC to 12V DC SMPS that inject 90Vrms/50Hz between
ground (or +12) and earth.
The SMPS do not have earth connection.
Do you know some solution to reduce this 'noise' between output
of flyback SMPS an earth, WITHOUT earth connection ??
(some filter removing the class Y cap between the 2 winding
of the transformer but without sacrifying EMC)
