Minimum insulation distances per EN60950:1992 standard, issue 3, August 1997, . One has to consider several factors such as (a) working voltage, (b) Pullution degree etc.

Table 3 through table 5 needs to be used/checked and additional requirements for limited power sources (battery powered)check section 2.11 of this standard.
