Subject: Insulation distance between phase and neutral

Sorry to post a so "basic" question, but what is the minimum insulation distance to have on a 300W switch mode power supply between phase and neutral (and ground) on the PCB. (not between chassis and PCB).
We have seen some product with CE mark here in Europe with 1 mmm and some other with 2 mmm. We are using in my company 4 mmm. (according CEI 60335-1 and 2-29 for battery charger)
