I seem to recall that the automotive industry ran into this problem with rubber gaskets in contact with polycarbonate. If I recall right, they went to neoprene, which binds up its constituents better, which in turn prevents reaction with polycarbonate. Perhaps you could test using some neoprene sheet or strip as a barrier, which might also have the advantage of reducing overall stress on the two materials bein joined together. We supply sheet fabricated into strip but it can be had from almost any company doing die cutting/gasket cutting. Good luck.
