In airplane industry, the precision of composites structures (wing components) is very important. In these cases the material used for moulds is quite relevant and for this extreme low expansion (nickel-)alloys are utilised. As supplier of these materials, my interest is to know in which other industries the importance of precision is relevant for making moulds from these alloys.
