Metals work nicely at that temp! (kidding).

Most thermoplastics, including PEEK, PEK, PAEK, and Stanyl 4/6 nylon are gone by that temp. You might try looking into the thermosets like Torlon and Vespel. They are both expensive, and have proprietary processing (so you buy parts, not material).

Try looking at www.matweb.com for basic properties and to identify suppliers.
