I just recently had my oil changed after 8000 KM's. I was very surprised to find that the oil was very dark, almost black in fact. I find it hard to beleive that just going over the expected 5000 KM oil change, can make such a difference. Is there anything that I can do to extend the oil life or to alleviate this problem?
