We wish to set up a facility to produce a rectangular aluminium tube, the details of which are as follows :

Dimensions : Approx. 30 mm width, X 25 mm height X 0.5 to 0.6 mm wall thickness. The 4 corners have a radius of about 4 mm.
Length : 1200 mm (ends to be deburred)
Alloy : 1100 or 6063 or 3003 Temper : Hard (cold worked)
Quantity : 2 MT per day. Excess capacity of upto 5 MT per day can be accepted.
Application : Fitting
Further forming : none
Important dimensions : The inside dimensions of the tubes should be maintained, so as to permit insertion of an end-fitting. Wall thickness to be uniform
Surface to be free of dirt, oil etc. The piece shall be given a coating by dipping process, at customer's end.

Please advice us on the right technique for this volume, and possible supplier of equipment
